Now so many years down the road I'd never have imagined back as a student really being an artist. I was a street musician for 3 years then after a couple of years in the factory had my own tree surgery company for 15 years which I gave up in 2006 to concentrate on my cows which I have been painting since the year 2000. Now stuck before a blank canvas, well lately it's been not so blank newspapers, about 130 till now, see the "Süddeutsche" Series on my website, which is frightening. When you can't paint a damn stroke.
Constant is not what I am and yet that's what I strive for. I envy a peaceful background meanwhile I'm very changeable. I chose one subject or it chose me and I find it hard to let it go. Variable as I am I seek the neverchanging.
The cow theme has been going on for 13 years now and I wouldn't know what to paint next...
