Dear Happy Cow
There is a lot of talk about 'compassion'. There is a Charter for Compassion. Could you say a little bit about compassion because I am a little confused.
'a sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings of other people.' (Oxford English Dictionary). My understanding has always been that compassion was nothing to do with pity. But what does it have to do with kindness, empathy or, understanding? Oh so confused.com .....
Much love,
Sasha, Wigan
