When Fear knocks at your door,
invite him in for tea.
Ask him what he offers,
that now can set you free.
Slowly, deeply breathing,
the journey isn't far,
he gently slips the answer,
into your listening heart.
Walk in, to the moment,
and take his hand in yours.
Presence now invites you,
to dance him out the door.
