My mind is failing
My heart it bleeds
My Legs are numb
My body recedes

I want to hide
To stop this thing
I want to scream
I want to sing

To stop the shaking
I want to be free
Know what is happening
To live normally

I want it back
That thing called life
Not be trapped
Harangued with strife

If only they knew
What ails me
To fix me up
To let me be

To be a Mum
To be me
To have my life
