What should be done about the leprechauns?
Somebody must sort them out.
If nothing is done they will just run amok.
Of that there is simply no doubt.

What is the solution to the fairy crisis?
With gravity one must be sought.
But nobody seems to be doing a thing.
Not a single fairy has been caught.

It is clear that these problems are real and important,
So obvious we're under threat.
It says so in all of the daily newspapers,
But still they've not sorted it yet.

Even though they tried bombing the leprechaun mountain
And sending troops to fairy hollow,
The situation just gets more complicated.
It's getting quite tricky to follow.

Remember when gnomes were our arch enemies?
Apparently now it's the elves.
If we can't make our minds up about who to hate,
We might have to start hating ourselves.
